A workshop focused on opening the heart by experiencing the truth that giving and receiving are the same energy. When this is fully realized the vibration of joy is experienced and the heart is changed and charged.

Approaching the workshop with the intention of lightness, joyfulness and upliftment, our afternoon together will include:

·       working on an energetic level, we tap into the energy of ourselves and others to balance and heal

·       utilizing childlike playfulness energies to activate strong crystallized vibrations of JOY into our energy field

·       channeling from a heart centered avatar who will create a spiritual bridge for us to cross into the dimension of HeartJOY

·       experiential playful and spiritual exercises of giving and receiving to anchor the frequency of HeartJOY

·       activation of JOY energies charge the object you brought enabling you to leave with a “tool” to anchor the day’s learning for use moving forward.
